Fox Buick GMC’s Preferred Owner Program (hereinafter referred to as “the Program”) is open to all retail customers of Fox Buick GMC (hereinafter referred to as “Fox”). Program participants do not need to own or purchase a GM vehicle to participate. Preferred Owner Award card is at no cost to you.
The purpose of the Preferred Owner program is to reward retail customers for doing business with Fox. Each new card is pre-loaded with 25 Service Points. One award point is equal to one dollar. Customers receive their cards when they purchase a vehicle from Fox Pontiac Buick GM or bring their existing vehicle in for service, or any purchases in our Parts Department.
The Program awards each customer five percent (5%) of every dollar he or she spends on service, (example: customer pay deductible) parts and accessories at Fox Buick GMC in the form of Purchase Points which may be redeemed for retail service, parts and accessories on the customer’s next visit.
For example, if a customer spends $100.00 (before taxes are added) with Fox Buick GMC, he or she receives five Purchase Points. Since each purchase is worth one dollar towards a future purchase, the next time the customer comes to Fox, he or she can receive a five-dollar discount (if they choose to use the points for that transaction instead of saving them up).
Purchase Points will only be added up to the amount actually paid by the customer. For Example, a customer spends $100.00 for service and redeems twenty (20) Purchase Points, then five percent (5%) of $80.00 will be added to the Preferred Owner card for new Purchase Points (4 Purchase Points).
Program users may accumulate an unlimited amount of Purchase Points, but may only redeem a maximum of $200 Purchase points in each transaction. Points can be earned and redeemed only on retail transactions. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Any items purchased with the preferred card cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ value will be applied to the preferred card. Award points cannot be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons. Award points cannot be earned or redeemed on wholesale, fleet, warranty or discounted services or items. You cannot accrue points on warranty, insurance or extended warranty purchases (non-customer pay items).

Cards will expire two years from the date of issue, if inactive. At the time of expiration, the customer’s points may be transferred to a new card, along with their transactional history at the time of the next purchase.
Fox Buick GMC reserves the right to modify the Program, whether wholly or in part. Fox also reserves the right to change the points awarded or to vary, at its own sole and absolute discretion, the terms and conditions stated herein, including withdrawing, replacing, and/or terminating the program at any time and without any prior notice to the Program card holder.

PRIVACY POLICY
At Fox Buick GMC maintaining our customers’ trust and confidence is a high priority. We want you to understand how we protect your privacy when we obtain information about you and how we safeguard that information.
1. We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, including online applications and forms submitted to us or our designated 3rd parties.
- Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, and
- Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency
2. We may disclose all of the information that we collect about you as described above, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, to our affiliates and to non-affiliated 3rd parties.
3. We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer to the following types of 3rd parties:
- Financial service providers, such as banks, captive financial companies, credit unions, and financial institutions.
- Non-financial companies and others, such as auto manufacturers, market research firms, etc.
4. We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated 3rd parties as permitted by law.
5. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.
6. We may disclose, while you are a consumer, customer, or former customer, any information we collect about you to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.
